INITIAL CONSULTATION
Interior design projects both large and small begin with a consultation. At this appointment, you will receive my full attention and expertise. When the meeting concludes, you will be confident in a direction to move forward with the project on you own or have the peace of mind that I will assist you in creating the space of your dreams.
The initial meeting typically lasts a couple of hours and is a time for us to meet in your space and help me to gain an understanding of your expectations and what your project will entail. This meeting is the perfect way to discuss and formulate inspiration, ideas, and direction as a kickstart for the overall project, and it can also be utilized as a one-time brain storming session in which I can help you make any number of other design decisions:
• choosing interior paint colors
• choosing exterior paint colors
• determining furniture layouts for regularly shaped rooms
• suggesting window treatment styles that match your room’s architecture and style
• guidance on additional lighting
• suggestions regarding furniture styles
• resolving another design dilemma of your choosing!
Whether you would like to begin the process of planning a larger project or would just like help with one particular design challenge, you will benefit from my personal attention and expertise, you can expect real ideas and direction for your project to be presented at this meeting.
FULL-SERVICE INTERIOR DESIGN
Creating cohesive, beautiful homes, rooms, and workspaces is the goal when it comes to full-service design. My services include completion of entire homes, groups of rooms, or a solitary room. At Northern Design Co, we operate on the philosophy that a home is the most important place in the world. I take the time to attend to every detail of your project, helping you avoid expensive mistakes and making the process as rewarding as possible.
The Full-Service Interior Design Package includes a full design plan, presentation, product research, ordering, scheduling, and the most exciting part, installation and detail styling. Projects may be phased into completing a single room at a time or a group of rooms at the same time, whatever your preference!
For new construction or renovations, I will work with you, your builder, or your architect to create your dream space. I also have the ability to provide a full, turn-key service, with a team of talented trades people so that all that’s left for you to do is make décor and design approvals and await your new or transformed space.
